Pilot participation terms

Business-to-business exchanges
You must be authorised to represent the business whose details you use. List your offerings accurately. An interest notification or invitation does not commit either party to a trade.
Agree before delivering
Both businesses must agree what they provide, timing and conditions. Changes require a new acceptance. Each business performs its own work and is responsible for relevant qualifications and permissions. Each business handles its own tax records.
Free allowance and referrals
The pilot free account includes one outgoing offer per week, resetting Monday in Brisbane time, and unlimited incoming offers. A qualifying new business joining through your personal link unlocks your first trade together with no platform fee. It does not include free goods or services. Duplicate and self-referrals are excluded. Paid billing is not enabled.
Checks and conduct
Email, phone and ABN checks each describe separate facts. They do not guarantee the quality or reliability of a business. Paid membership does not certify identity. Reviews must relate to a real completed exchange. Do not send unsolicited bulk invitations or use contact details without permission.
Third-party search
Google business search is subject to Google Maps terms. Search results and website contact information may be incomplete or out of date. Review the recipient before sending.
Pilot limits
Activation of email, SMS and business lookup depends on provider setup. Billing activation, recurring agreements, legal operator details and full launch terms are still being completed. The pilot is not represented as a fully launched service.
